2. Characteristics of large-flow degassing membrane
1. Adopt continuous control stretching technology to accurately control the porosity and pore size of the film filament;
2. After the membrane filament has undergone special hydrophobic treatment, according to the amount of 2000 membrane filaments as a bundle, pure water (0.30Mpa water pressure) from the inner hole of the membrane filament is used for pre-inspection of the membrane filament breaking rate, and the perforated membrane filament and the membrane filament that will be broken are selected to ensure the permanent "breathable and impermeable" of the finished membrane filament
3. The finished membrane filament after pre-inspection adopts an original special weaving process, so that the membrane filament is filled more evenly in the winding form inside the component, and the air-water two-phase contact surface is fully and effectively, so that the degassing efficiency is improved in double times.
4. On the component packaging, the setting of the middle plate is adopted, so that the air side/water side has more full contact and the degassing effect is better;
5. On the component packaging, the tiny fine hole PE grid is used to wrap the coiled wire filled in the winding form, which can ensure that the membrane filament will not be broken under high water pressure, and also has a certain effect on blocking the water flow, so that the membrane filament in contact with water and gas is more uniform;
6. When the inlet temperature is about 25 °C, the inlet pressure ≤ 0.6Mpa, the inlet temperature is 60 °C, and the inlet pressure is ≤ 0.2Mpa.

Characteristics of internal flow degassing membrane
1. Adopt continuous control stretching technology to accurately control the porosity and porosity of the membrane filament diameter size;
