Tsurumi Scum Skimmer

1.As it is a floating type, a suction mouth can keep its relative position with the water surface. This prevents operation failure due to changes in the water level.
2.The suction mouth can be adjusted to a depth between 0 to 60 millimeters, it can efficiently suck scum with minimal amount of water.
3.A jet-injector mechanism prompts suction operation and helps it suck stably even if water, air and scum are drawn simultaneously.
4.Use of a flexible hose simplifies installation.

Description:

The Tsurumi scum skimmer FSP series are scum skimmer for collecting scum from water treatment facilities.

It consists of a submersible pump, jets and three floats. Even if water, air and scum float up at the same time, the ejector unit ensures stable absorption.

The float-type absorption port can keep a certain distance from the water surface to prevent the absorption failure caused by the change of water level.

The suction port can be adjusted from 0 to 60mm to minimise water absorption when absorbing scum.

Rotate the float left and right to adjust the depth.

Tsurumi scum skimmer removes floating oils and grease solids. Then the scum skimmings are pumped to collection tanks for processing in the wastewater treatment.
