Activated carbon adsorbs nutrients in water and can become a hotbed for bacterial microorganisms, and the microbial film has a greater impact on the resistance of water, so it should be regularly backwashed and decontaminated. If backwashing does not work, sterilization should be performed.
In fact, a reasonable backwashing system arranged according to the turbidity of the influent is more practical, because the microbial film and microbial slime are difficult to clean, air scrubbing is necessary. A thermal power plant uses seriously polluted river water as raw water, and the bacteria, algae and microorganisms in the water are seriously polluted to the filter, and the operating time and backwash time of the siphon filter are flat; The activated carbon filter cannot be used, and the mixed bed is clumped by slime and cannot be regenerated in layers.
In order to ensure the output of water, the particle size of the filter material of the siphon filter is enlarged from about 1mm to 2mm and 3~4mm, and the mixed bed is changed to a secondary male bed and a secondary negative bed for desalination, and the quality of the effluent decreases, but it meets the water consumption of heating. The final solution is to use part of the tap water to alleviate the trouble caused by river water pollution, so when the activated carbon filter is blocked by bacteria and algae, in addition to strengthening the backwash to ensure that the pressure difference is within the specified range, sterilization is important, but it should be solved from the source.
