The car factory produces and sells 1 million cars in China each year. A key part of the production line is multiple parts of paint technology. High -pressure water -saving

 

Purifying water is mainly used for two aspects: providing lacquer ash processes, which uses acid treatment to provide a stable attachment foundation for paint; and provides paint immersion processes. This process uses electroplating to stick paint to the surface of the surface.

 

To avoid affecting complex chemical and electrical processes, the input water must be treated to reduce its conductivity and remove impurities.

 

The ion exchange system can achieve these results, but it is necessary to use frequent use of hydrochloric acid and sodium for regeneration. What follows is the needs of the safety storage and treatment of these chemicals, as well as neutralization of the generated wastewater.

 

For the painting part of the process, the conductivity of the equipment requires water is less than 10 (µS). Although the ion exchange system can achieve this, the reverse osmosis technology does not need to recharge the chemicals, eliminating the risk of chemical treatment, and will not produce a neutral chemical outflow. Reduce waste by supply security

 

The system takes water directly from the town's water supply system and transports them to three sets of reverse osmosis skids. The first supply of cooling tower, the cooling tower supply the paint gray process, and the second supply of electroplating process. The third system provides dual purpose. The water generated by the first two systems recovered 75% of water, which means that 25% of concentrated ions and other impurities are removed as neutral wastewater flow. The third reverse osmosis module adopts this waste logistics and re -process it. It increases the recovery rate to 90%. At the same time, the salt is still kept in the solution, and it can be discharged without further sewage treatment. This additional recovery will continue to achieve its water -saving target year by year.

 

The third reverse osmosis system is also used as a spare system for planning maintenance, and can be switched to directly supply urban water. This additional capacity can ensure 24 hours of operation to meet the needs, even when replacing processing cubes or cleaning systems.

An additional ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system can screen out water to form a unit of colonies that may affect the quality of the process or the quality of the final paint. The generated pure water is stored in a dedicated 30m³ and 25m³ storage tanks, which can be used at any time. The entire factory can produce 75 cubic meters of pure water per hour.
